GAME FORMAT
- 4 on 4 plus goalies
- Non-contact
- Two 20-minute run-time halves
- One-minute halftime break
- Clock stops in the last 2 minutes of a 3-goal game each half
- Three-player shootout to break tied regular-season games
- Ten-minute sudden victory overtime period to decide a tied playoff game, followed by a shootout
